Con la tecnolog\u00eda actual, junto con la realizaci\u00f3n de las pruebas adecuadas, podemos supervisar el estado del aceite, ver si es adecuado para un uso continuado, reducir la cantidad de aceite usado desechado, ajustar los intervalos y las estrategias de mantenimiento, ajustar los programas de sustituci\u00f3n de componentes, mejorar las previsiones y los presupuestos y aumentar las horas de vida \u00fatil de los componentes.<\/p>\n<p>Entonces, \u00bfc\u00f3mo podemos estar seguros de maximizar el retorno de la inversi\u00f3n del an\u00e1lisis de aceite?  Pues bien, en mi opini\u00f3n, creo que debe abarcar los seis pasos siguientes para ser un programa de an\u00e1lisis de fluidos de \"clase mundial - mejores pr\u00e1cticas\".<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Selecci\u00f3n de un laboratorio de calidad<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Precisi\u00f3n, fiabilidad y puntualidad<\/li>\n<li>Certificaciones y acreditaciones<\/li>\n<li>Plazos de entrega coherentes<\/li>\n<li>Capacidad de ensayo<\/li>\n<li>Pertinencia de las recomendaciones de mantenimiento<\/li>\n<li>Herramientas de gesti\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Ubicaci\u00f3n de las instalaciones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Determinar los objetivos del programa<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los objetivos? Ampliar los intervalos de cambio de aceite, reducir las aver\u00edas, prolongar la vida \u00fatil de los equipos, controlar los costes de mantenimiento y lubricaci\u00f3n, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Sea cual sea el objetivo o los objetivos, si no establece estos objetivos por adelantado, y no tiene la <a href=\"https:\/\/polarislabs.com\/es\/are-you-using-the-right-test-package\/\">pruebas adecuadas<\/a> objetivos, su programa nunca alcanzar\u00e1 todo su potencial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Identificar los recursos disponibles<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gestor de datos: un \"guardi\u00e1n\" que gestione y almacene los datos, idealmente una persona con buenos conocimientos de inform\u00e1tica e Internet.<\/li>\n<li>Muestreador: un \"engrasador\" que ha recibido formaci\u00f3n sobre los dispositivos\/t\u00e9cnicas de muestreo, selecciona las pruebas adecuadas, toma muestras representativas a intervalos especificados y sigue el procedimiento adecuado para enviar toda la informaci\u00f3n requerida junto con la muestra al laboratorio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. La importancia del tiempo<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Una vez tomada(s), la(s) muestra(s) debe(n) enviarse <strong>inmediatamente<\/strong> al laboratorio<\/li>\n<li>Una vez recibido el informe del laboratorio, deben evaluarse los resultados y emitirse la(s) orden(es) de trabajo, de modo que las recomendaciones del analista de datos se pongan en pr\u00e1ctica lo antes posible y, a continuaci\u00f3n, se comuniquen los resultados al laboratorio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6.
