Customer Experience
Our customer experience and support team is an extremely important part of the services POLARIS Laboratories® provides to our customers. Customer Experience/Support technicians interact with customers on behalf of POLARIS with regards to account set up and support, online store orders, new user account access, training and other support areas.
Laboratory Operations
As a fluid analysis laboratory, our team of laboratory technicians are essential to our timely laboratory turnaround time for getting lab test results back to our customers.
Using state-of-the-art laboratory testing equipment, our laboratory technicians are responsible for running standardized tests on oil, coolant and diesel fuel samples.
Sample Processing
When fluid sample arrive at our laboratory, our sample processing technicians receive shipments of samples, log the sample information into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and move the samples into the laboratory queue for testing.
Reliability Data Analysis
POLARIS Laboratories’ team of data analysts are responsible for analyzing and interpreting the results of laboratory testing to provide maintenance recommendations back to our customers. Our data analysts also serve as a resource for customers to provide additional explanation of results and recommendations.
Application Development
As POLARIS Laboratories® continues to increase our internal software and application development to better our customers’ experience, our team of application developers are responsible for developing software applications to meet customer needs. Application Developers develop technologies and deployment tools using react.js and node.js and others, and function in an Agile Development process.

We’ve got your health care covered. Full-time employees are eligible for full medical benefits including dental and vision and can participate in a tax-free Health Savings Account (HSA) with a company match of up to $50/per paycheck.
