Meet Your Facilitators
Billy Mason, MLA III
Serving as POLARIS Laboratories’ Technical Business Consultant, Billy’s role includes helping customers maximize program compliance, increase equipment uptime and see a return on investment in fluid analysis through specialized consulting and training services. Billy has more than 25 years of condition monitoring and fluid analysis experience with several industry market leaders. He has an MBA in business administration from Kennesaw State University and is MLA III certified by ICML.
Josh Gaschler, CLS
Josh serves as a Fluid Analysis Program Manager with POLARIS Laboratories®. In his role, he conducts field-training with fluid analysis program team members on condition-based monitoring to gain critical reliability information from in-service lubricants. With more than 15 years of industry experience prior to joining POLARIS Laboratories®, Josh uses his field knowledge to assist customers with managing lubrication programs in large plants and fleets. Josh is CLS certified by STLE and is an STLE Committee Member.
Dave Tingey, OMA, MLT, MLA
Serving as Product Application Specialist for POLARIS Laboratories®. Dave has more than 35 years of experience in power generation, industrial, mobile and lubrication engineering industries. His areas of expertise include specialty testing, grease testing and filter debris analysis. As a Journeyman Millwright/Machinery Repairman, his field experience includes repairing and maintaining turbines, power generation and industrial machinery equipment. Dave has been with POLARIS Laboratories® for more than 18 years and is CLS and OMA certified by STLE and MLA I and MLT certified by ICML.
