News: POLARIS Laboratories® Europe Expands Reliability Team

Welcome Jorge Alarcon, Manager of Reliability, to the POLARIS Laboratories® Europe team!

Jorge, a reliability engineer, researcher and consultant with more than 15 years of experience and a passion for predictive maintenance (PdM) and oil condition monitoring (OCM), has helped implement lubrication and oil analysis programs for hundreds of industrial customers around the world.

He holds his master’s degree in Business Administration, a masters in science degree in Predictive Maintenance and Failure Analysis, a masters in science degree in Business Intelligence and Big Data and bachelors in science in Industrial Engineering. In addition to his educational background and technical expertise, Jorge has authored several technical articles in industry publications and has collaborated with doctoral theses in maintenance.

Jorge brings extensive knowledge of the predictive maintenance markets of Europe and the Americas to the POLARIS Laboratories® Europe team. In his role, he will provide full customer technical support focused on improving plant reliability through oil condition monitoring, lubrication best practices and digital transformation strategies.
