Dustin brings more than 12 years of laboratory, operations, management and manufacturing experience to POLARIS Laboratories®. As director of U.S. laboratory operations, Dustin leads and supports the company’s team of laboratory and sample processing technicians. Responsible for laboratory equipment and instrument maintenance, compliance and LEAN initiatives, Dustin ensures POLARIS Laboratories® is continuously improving the company’s LEAN processes and the laboratory meets ISO requirements.
