How can I receive the best deal on my registrations?
We’ve intentionally provided the best possible value if you register early! Within 90 days, the price to register will increase periodically as the event draws near. Contact Kelsie Miller for special pricing kmiller@polarislabs.com.
How many attendees should my company send?
We recommend at least two attendees from your organization so the knowledge and information is shared between multiple maintenance professionals.
If your organization has multiple locations, consider sending a representative from each! Our session lineup is perfect for building maintenance program champions.

What does my registration include?
Our summit registration covers access to general sessions, breakout sessions and meals in addition to an evening networking reception.
Additional Information for Europe:
- An add-on for overnight accommodation is available for a one night stay. Tuesday check-in to Wednesday check-out, at the host hotel. If you choose to include this option, your overnight room fees will be covered, but not incidentals or parking.
How do I get my registration packet?
The Reliability Summit Europe registration desk will be open at 11 a.m. prior to the first event on the agenda. We encourage attendees to pick up their registration packet during this time.
What is the refund policy?
Europe:
If you register and are unable to fulfill your plans to attend, we offer the following deferred reimbursement schedule:
- Prior to March 1 | Full deferral for next year’s summit
- March 1-April 13 | 50% deferral for next year’s summit
- April 14 or after | 0% deferral
As part of our registration fee deferral policy, we will honor the 2024 registration fee payment for an equivalent amount based on the above schedule for a transferrable registration at the next Reliability Summit Europe. A promotional code will be provided via email to register when next year’s summit is open. At this time, POLARIS Laboratories® does not provide cash refunds of registrations.
HOTEL AND TRANSPORTATION
Where should I stay during the summit?
We recommend Reliability Summit attendees stay at the official host site. To simplify your planning, we’ve included a one-night accommodation option with registration. All summit activities will take place onboard the ss Rotterdam.
What is the rate at the official summit hotel?
Hotel accommodations for one night (Tuesday) aboard the ss Rotterdam are available as an add-on to registration. By purchasing your hotel this way, you will receive a discount on the standard rate, including taxes and fees. Complete your registration by 11:59 p.m. on April 30, 2024 to receive this rate. After this date, you will need to book direct.
Does the hotel offer breakfast?
Breakfast will be provided to all overnight guest attendees as part of their accommodations on Wednesday, May 15.
How do I get to the Venue?
Public transport
By public transport our location is easily reachable! Bus 77 drives from the Zuidplein
shopping mall up and down between the Rijnhaven metro station and the ss Rotterdam.
From Rotterdam Central Station the metros D and E with direction to Slinge or De Akkers
stop at metro station Rijnhaven.
By shuttle
Did you miss the bus? You and your guests can also use the free ss Rotterdam shuttle bus.
This bus commutes at fixed times between metro station Rijnhaven and the ship. Extension
of the fixed times of the shuttle bus is possible on request and at an extra price.
By car
The car is one of the best means of transport to come to the ss Rotterdam. It is also the
easiest. From highway A16 your guests will reach our ship within 10 minutes and with a
parking lot with sufficient capacity, there is always a parking spot available. Our parking lot
also offers charging points for electric vehicles. All needed information can be found here.
Parking costs
Parking € 3,00 per hour or €15,00 per 24 hours.
Unused parking tickets can be returned to us on the day of your event and will not be
charged.
Disabled access
The ss Rotterdam is wheelchair friendly and easily accessible for the disabled. All rooms are
on the ground floor and the different floors and rooms can be reached by elevator.
Will I need a car during the summit?
No, once you arrive at the Reliability Summit Europe, all activities will be hosted on board the ss Rotterdam.
