Why should I attend?
Three days of networking, learning workshops, industry insights, case studies and speakers will help you enable, educate and get your team on the path to meeting your reliability mission. The Customer Summit focuses on learning how to navigate the reliability journey, while integrating fluid analysis with other maintenance data points.
Learn how to use new innovative tools designed to maximize your performance, increase the results of your program and achieve peak reliability. You also can take this opportunity to meet with your account manager to review your program and identify areas for improvement.
When and where is this years summit?
The summit will be held at The Alexander, located at 333 South Delaware Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204, from October 3-5, 2022.

Can I attend only part of the summit?
We recommend attendees do their best to participate in all scheduled sessions and events to maximize the value and their experience.
When does the summit begin and end?
To allow attendees enough time to make timely flight arrangements, the summit will kick off with a reception on Monday, October 3 at 5:30 p.m. ET. The summit sessions will conclude on Wednesday, October 6 at 12 p.m. with optional small workshops taking place after lunch from 1to 5 p.m ET. You are encouraged to sign up for these and get more in-depth hands-on training with our experts before you head home.
Will I be able to tour POLARIS Laboratories® while attending the summit?
Yes! The summit will include the option of a pre-event tour of our 63,000-square-foot headquarters and laboratory on Monday afternoon. The tour will depart in two waves from The Alexander at 1:30 p.m. and 2:45 p.m. ET and return in time for the reception at 5:30 p.m. ET.

What are the health and safety guidelines for COVID-19?
We are taking every precaution to ensure this year’s Customer Summit is safe for all attendees. We are following both the local safety and health guidelines as well as the CDC in regards to COVID-19 guidelines and regulations.
What is appropriate event attire?
We want the Customer Summit to have a relaxed atmosphere, so casual or business casual attire is recommended. If you make plans to join us for a tour of our laboratory facility, then comfortable, closed-toed shoes and long pants, covering your ankles are required. Safety glasses will be provided. Proper face covering for your nose and mouth will also be encouraged in all public settings including at the venue, on event transportation, and required at our headquarters building.
What is the cost to register?
Registration is all-inclusive, meaning you pay one price for accommodations at The Alexander Hotel, all onsite materials, local transportation for summit-related events and meals from Monday night through Wednesday lunch. Group rates are available upon request.

How can I receive the best deal on my registrations?

How many attendees should my company send?
We recommend at least two attendees from your organization so the knowledge and information is shared between multiple maintenance professionals.

What does my registration include?
Our “Traveler” registration is all-inclusive and covers your discounted accommodation for two nights plus a $25 food and beverage voucher and everything once you arrive onsite for the conference. In addition to the summit sessions and meals, registration includes access to two evening networking events, the option to tour our laboratory facility and an opportunity to meet one-on-one with a POLARIS Laboratories® thought leader or your dedicated account manager. This is a great way to discuss the success of your program and identify improvements.
We offer an all-inclusive registration option, which includes two night’s accommodations at the host hotel. If you choose the all-inclusive option, your overnight room fees will be covered, but not incidentals.
How do I get my registration packet?
The Customer Summit registration desk will be open on Monday, October 3, from Noon to 7:30 p.m. ET. We encourage attendees to pick up their registration packets during this time. We also welcome you to our Customer Summit Opening Reception from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. ET on October 3. If your travel plans do not permit you to be available during these times, the registration table will re-open at 7 a.m. ET on Tuesday, October 4 on the second floor of The Alexander.
What is the refund policy?
If you register and are unable to fulfill your plans to attend, we offer the following deferred reimbursement schedule:
- Prior to July 1 | Full deferral for next year’s summit
- July 1-August 31 | 50% deferral for next year’s summit
- September 1 or after | 0% deferral
As part of our registration fee deferral policy, we will honor the 2022 registration fee payment for an equivalent amount based on the above schedule for a transferrable registration at the 2023 Customer Summit. A promotional code will be provided via email to register when next year’s summit is open. At this time, we do not provide cash refunds of registrations.
HOTEL AND TRANSPORTATION
Where should I stay during the summit?
We recommend Customer Summit attendees stay at the official host site, The Alexander, in downtown Indianapolis. To simplify your planning, we’ve included accommodation at The Alexander in the price of our “all-inclusive” registration rates. The majority of summit activities will take place in or near The Alexander, and transportation to offsite events will depart and arrive from this hotel. Space is limited.
What is the rate at the official summit hotel?
Hotel accommodations for two nights (Monday and Tuesday) at The Alexander are included as part of the all-inclusive registration package. By purchasing your hotel this way, you will receive a discount on the standard rate of $227 per night, including taxes and fees. Complete your registration by 11:59 p.m. on September 5, 2022 to receive this rate.
Does the Alexander offer breakfast?
Breakfast will be provided to attendees as part of their conference registration on Tuesday, October 4 and Wednesday, October 5.
How do I get to the Hotel?
The address of The Alexander Hotel is downtown Indianapolis, Indiana 46204. Valet parking is available at the hotel for $42 per room night and until 3 p.m. ET on date of departure. Self-parking is available at the parking garage off South Delaware Street at the rate of $33 per night in an attached garage (access hotel via skywalk).
Plan your flight to arrive at the Indianapolis International Airport than Noon on Monday, October 3, so you can travel to the hotel and check in prior to the optional laboratory tours (select your time at registration) departing at 1:30 p.m. or 2:45 p.m. ET.
From Airport to Hotel:
We recommend traveling by Uber ($15-25 one way) or taxi from the airport ($40-45 plus gratuity one way). You can also use Go Express (800.589.6004), a non-stop shuttle service from the airport to downtown. Travel time by car from the airport to downtown is 15-25 minutes depending on time of day.
Will I need a car during the summit?
No, Although multiple car rental companies are available at the Indianapolis International Airport, a car will not be needed during the summit. Once you arrive at The Alexander on Monday POLARIS Laboratories® will provide all necessary transportation to offsite events. Numerous shopping, dining and nightlife options are just a short walk from The Alexander.
