How many attendees should my company send?
We recommend at least two attendees from your organization so the knowledge and information is shared between multiple maintenance professionals.
If your organization has multiple locations, consider sending a representative from each! Our session lineup is perfect for building maintenance program champions.

What does my registration include?
Our All-Inclusive Registration covers your accommodation for two nights plus meals once you arrive onsite for the conference. In addition to the general sessions, breakout sessions and meals, registration includes an invitation to evening networking events, an optional tour of our laboratory facility and the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a POLARIS Laboratories® account manager. This is a great way to discuss the success of your program and identify improvements.
The all-inclusive registration option includes two night’s accommodations, Monday check-in to Wednesday check-out, at the host hotel. If you choose the all-inclusive option, your overnight room fees will be covered, but not incidentals.
The Basic Registration is perfect if you plan to drive into the city each day or have other plans for accommodations. This option includes everything in the All-Inclusive ticket, except hotel accommodations.
How do I get my registration packet?
The Reliability Summit registration desk will be open on Monday, October 2, from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. ET. We encourage attendees to pick up their registration packets during this time. We also invite you to our Reliability Summit Welcome Reception from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. ET on October 2. If your travel plans do not permit you to be available during these times, registration will re-open at 7 a.m. ET on Tuesday, October 3 on the second floor of The Alexander, outside the main ballroom.
What is the refund policy?
If you register and are unable to fulfill your plans to attend, we offer the following deferred reimbursement schedule:
- Prior to July 1 | Full deferral for next year’s summit
- July 1-August 31 | 50% deferral for next year’s summit
- September 1 or after | 0% deferral
As part of our registration fee deferral policy, we will honor the 2023 registration fee payment for an equivalent amount based on the above schedule for a transferrable registration at the 2024 Reliability Summit. A promotional code will be provided via email to register when next year’s summit is open. At this time, we do not provide cash refunds of registrations.
HOTEL AND TRANSPORTATION
Where should I stay during the summit?
We recommend Reliability Summit attendees stay at the official host site, The Alexander, in downtown Indianapolis. To simplify your planning, we’ve included accommodation at The Alexander in the price of our all-inclusive registration rates. The majority of summit activities will take place in or near The Alexander, and transportation to offsite events will depart and arrive from this hotel. Space is limited.
What is the rate at the official summit hotel?
Hotel accommodations for two nights (Monday and Tuesday) at The Alexander are included as part of the all-inclusive registration package. By purchasing your hotel this way, you will receive a discount on the standard rate of $232.83 per night, including taxes and fees. Complete your registration by 11:59 p.m. on September 1, 2023 to receive this rate. After this date, you will need to book direct.
Does the Alexander offer breakfast?
Breakfast will be provided to attendees as part of their conference registration on Tuesday, October 3 and Wednesday, October 4.
How do I get to the Hotel?
By Car:
The address of The Alexander Hotel is downtown Indianapolis, Indiana 46204. Valet parking is available at the hotel for $42 per room night and until 3 p.m. ET on date of departure. Self-parking is available at the parking garage off South Delaware Street at the rate of $33 per night in an attached garage (access hotel via skywalk).
By Plane:
Plan your flight to arrive at the Indianapolis International Airport no later than Noon on Monday, October 2, so you can travel to the hotel and check in prior to the optional laboratory tours (select your time at registration) departing at 1:30 p.m. or 2:45 p.m. ET.
From Airport to Hotel:
