Yes! We strategically host the Reliability Summit in close proximity to the headquarters facility to enable attendees to participate in a tour.

  • The of a pre-event tour of our 63,000-square-foot headquarters and laboratory will be available on Monday afternoon.
  • The tour will depart in two waves from The Alexander Hotel.

Limited speaking opportunities may be available for up to a 35 minute session with 5 minute Q&A.

We want the Reliability Summit to have a relaxed atmosphere, so casual or business casual attire is recommended.

If you make plans to join us for a tour at one of our laboratory facilities, then comfortable, closed-toed shoes and long pants, covering your ankles are required. Safety glasses will be provided.

We’ve intentionally provided the best possible value if you register early! Within 90 days, the price to register will increase periodically as the event draws near.  Contact Kelsie Miller for special pricing.

We recommend at least two attendees from your organization so the knowledge and information is shared between multiple maintenance professionals.

If your organization has multiple locations, consider sending a representative from each! Our session lineup is perfect for building maintenance program champions.

Go to Reliability Summit North America

Basic registration covers access to general sessions, breakout sessions and meals in addition to a welcome networking reception and a casino night event.

All-inclusive registration includes everything in Basic plus two night accommodation at the host hotel.

The Reliability Summit registration desk will be open at 11 a.m. prior to the first event on the agenda. We encourage attendees to pick up their registration packet during this time. We also invite you to our Reliability Summit Welcome Reception from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. ET on October 6. If your travel plans do not permit you to be available during these times, registration will re-open at 7 a.m. ET on Tuesday, October 7 on the second floor of The Alexander, outside the main ballroom.

If you register and are unable to fulfill your plans to attend, we offer the following deferred reimbursement schedule:

  • Prior to August 1 | Full deferral for next summit
  • August 1-September 5 | 50% deferral for next summit
  • September 6 or after | 0% deferral

As part of our registration fee deferral policy, we will honor the 2025 registration fee payment for an equivalent amount based on the above schedule for a transferrable registration at the next Reliability Summit North America. A promotional code will be provided via email to register when the next summit is open. At this time, POLARIS Laboratories® does not provide cash refunds of registrations.

HOTEL AND TRANSPORTATION

We recommend Reliability Summit attendees stay at the official host site. To simplify your planning, we’ve included a two-night accommodation option with all-inclusive registration.

Hotel accommodations for two nights (Sunday-Wednesday) as part of the all-inclusive registration. By purchasing your hotel this way, you will receive a discount on the standard rate of $209 per night, exclusive of taxes and fees. Complete your registration by 11:59 p.m. on September 4, 2025 to receive this rate. After this date, you will need to book direct.

Add on nights will be available during the registration process should you need to extend your stay.

Breakfast will be provided to all attendees with with summit registration.

By Car:
The address of  The Alexander Hotel is downtown Indianapolis, Indiana 46204. Valet parking is available at the hotel for $42 per room night and until 3 p.m. ET on date of departure. Self-parking is available at the parking garage off South Delaware Street at the rate of $33 per night in an attached garage (access hotel via skywalk).
By Plane:
Plan your flight to arrive at the Indianapolis International Airport no later than Noon on Monday, October 2, so you can travel to the hotel and check in prior to the optional laboratory tours (select your time at registration) departing at 1:30 p.m. or 2:45 p.m. ET.
From Airport to Hotel:
We recommend traveling by Uber ($15-25 one way) or taxi from the airport ($40-45 plus gratuity one way). You can also use Go Express (800.589.6004), a non-stop shuttle service from the airport to downtown. Travel time by car from the airport to downtown is 15-25 minutes depending on time of day.

No, Although multiple car rental companies are available at the Indianapolis International Airport, a car will not be needed during the summit. Once you arrive at The Alexander on Monday POLARIS Laboratories® will provide all necessary transportation to offsite events. Numerous shopping, dining and nightlife options are just a short walk from The Alexander.
