WHAT TO EXPECT
Breakout Session Tracks
Feedback from previous summits says you want to bring more of your team to learn basics of fluid analysis. We’ve added a session track focused on information to help the newest members of your team – but maintenance veterans will pick up best practices and time-saving tips, too.
We’re investing in our HORIZON data management platform like never before. New interfaces, features and customizations will be ready for use in the fall of 2021 – attend the 2021 Customer Summit and learn all you need to know about where we’re going.
Classroom lectures can’t substitute hands-on learning. Whether it is demonstrating fluid sample collection or workshops to help you run reports and update equipment lists, the 2021 Customer Summit will get you involved as much as possible.
Focus on Connectivity
The presence of telematics and network interfaces grows every year. We’re focused on hosting connectivity partners to help you integrate HORIZON® and fluid analysis to save time, money and equipment.
Indianapolis Facility Tour
While the tour is included in every Customer Summit, our 2-hour, in-depth tour has never been the same. We continuously implement new Lean laboratory practices which changes our processes, testing capabilities and use of technology. Come see how we’ve grown. Transportation to and from the laboratory will be provided for all attendees.
A program review is a 40-minute one-on-one meeting with your account manager to discuss your current fluid analysis program, identify areas for improvement and evaluate your program’s success in meeting your goals.
We will set up the meeting for you (in place of a session) and all program reviews will take place in a designated huddle room at The Alexander Hotel.
From when your sample arrives at our door, to laboratory testing procedures to data analysis, to delivering your report, and everything in between – unlock your understanding of your fluid analysis program and get a firsthand, behind-the-scenes look at our day to day processes.
This tour is optional on Monday, October 4th, so make sure to select the tour option when you register – and plan your arrival to Indianapolis accordingly!
