POLARIS Laboratories® Expands with UK Acquisition
POLARIS Laboratories® is pleased to announce the acquisition of Oil Check Laboratory Services Ltd (OCLS), a well-established fluid analysis laboratory headquartered in Doncaster, United Kingdom. This acquisition marks an important milestone in POLARIS Laboratories’ continued global expansion and strengthens our ability to support customers across key global markets.
The addition of OCLS expands POLARIS Laboratories’ presence in the UK and Europe while supporting growth in emerging and critical markets such as data centers, power generation, and transformer oil analysis. Together, the two organizations bring complementary expertise and capabilities that enhance service offerings and support evolving customer needs.
Strengthening Capabilities and Regional Support
OCLS is recognized for its high-quality lubricant and diesel fuel testing, as well as its condition monitoring services supporting a wide range of industrial and mobile equipment applications. By combining OCLS’s regional expertise with POLARIS Laboratories®’ global platform, the organization is positioned to deliver expanded testing capacity, localized support, and consistent, reliable analysis for customers operating across multiple regions.
